Phone addiction📱

Hello guyss..

Lots of us spend our most of the time by using our phones. For most of us its becomes an addiction like a drug. You can't be without mobile for one minute also. We are that much addicted to our mobile phones. So much addicted to social media. Always wanted to some one's stories or posts or messages etc..

I was also one of them. After waking up the first thing i used to do was checking my phone and spend most of the time on phone and postponing all the work what i have to do at that time and at the night before sleeping the last thing i used to do was checking my phone. In between the day my most of the time was also spent in my mobile phone rather than spending my time in a productive way. In fact i was so much addicted that i used to use my mobile phone when it was in charging also and that's too risky. And also i realized that i am using my mobile phone while i eating, while watching t.v. I was spending very less time with my family. And then i decided to get over thing addiction.

I started following few rules for my self and decided not to break those rules.
*The first rule was to off the wifi before sleeping and switching on the wifi before i am going for my college. So i can finish all my work, get ready and 10 minutes before i am leaving to college i use to on my wifi. And check all the things what i needed in that 10 minutes.

*Recharging only with talktime balance and very less mobile data if needed.
So that when i am out i just wanna be myself, knowing, learning many things where i am without spending the most of the time in mobile phones.

*While i am working on something or studying i use to keep my mobile phone in another room than where i am and setting a time. After two to three hours i will touch my phone.And sticking on this rule. So that i can completely focus on what i am doing.

*Then the another rule i followed was installing only important apps. Rather than than apps where i waste my time.
Keeping only the important app on the home screen.

*Bonus tip: This will help you alot. In the phone settings go to the notification settings and off that so that you don't get distracted very easily, thinking that what messages you got and stuff.

*Try to do MY TIME hour in a day. During this time you just sit with a book and you and try to think what to wanna do in future. What to want to become. How can you achieve that. What all things you need.  How you should be preparing for that etc.. Do this without a phone in your hand. Write all  questions for what you don't know the answers. Later on find out those.

There are also apps for getting rid of this phone addiction. Like Quality time, Your hour apps. These apps actually analysis how many times you touched your phone, how much time you spent in social media apps, shows the result of each app how much time you spent in each app, and total how much time you spent in a day using phone. Shows you the analysis of how you spent yesterday, today like shows you 6 days analysis of much time you spent in your phone.
Do this app shows you how much time you spent on your social media websites on your mobile screen.
Try to make this time less the guilt of seeing how much time you wasted will definitely change you.
Try to improve yourself day by day so that you are in a proper direction of life.

Stick on your decisions. Do not lie to yourself. Increase your productivity.
If you decided to do something do it let what the situation might be.
