Getting up early in the morning. This hack makes you feel so productive. Gives you a long day to complete all your works. Think about your goals working and planning about it.
Making To Do List for the Rest of the day and working on it. Make a To Do List and keep it in your working desk so that it remainds you what all you have to do for the rest of the day.
Reading Newspaper. This is a wonderful habit one can have. Before i never use to read a newspaper but when i started to prepare for my competitive exams i started this habit. Initially it was so tough to read a single page. But initially try to read two or three acticles and increase the number day by day you will start showing interest. This habit helps you to learn the language much more, learning the grammar, knowing about what happening around us daily.
Learning to prepare My Meals. This is so stress free routine to me. I really enjoy cooking. This is a art. Where we can experiment. We can manage our diet. By replacing it by a healthier foods.
Getting rid of my Facebook. I have been like addicted to my social media sites. So thoughts instead of spending my time in social media i thought to spend it by reading a book. In the evening after completing my work routine. I fresh up and take a book and read it atleast for 20 minutes daily. Mostly i read books which inspire me.
