Millets laddos... YUM YUM;)
Millet's Laddo
Hey guys here is great recipe for the healthy pepps over there which you can replace with a calorie eatables. Its tasty with full of health benefits. And interestingly its very easy to prepare guys..
All you need is these hand full of ingredients. And you ready to go..
Lets get started now...
Ingredients:
Millet's Flour - 2 Cups.
Jaggery - 1.5 Cup.
Ghee - 4 teaspoons.
Cardamom powder - half teaspoon.
Salt - half a pinch.
Procedure:
Take pan and put two teaspoons of ghee and add the 2 cups of millet's flour in it and roast it till it gets a flavor full aroma in it. Keep it in the medium flame. It might take approximately 4 to 5 mins. After roast transfer that flour into a plate and add the grated jaggery, cardamom powder and half a pinch of salt and mix well with your palm. Now the two teaspoons of ghee and start giving them a shape you and give any shape according to your wish. But here is gave a ball shape. Hence called Millet laddos.
Tadaaa your recipe is ready now.
Now lets get into the benefits of it!
Consumption of Millet: Millet is rich in catechins such as querectin which boost liver and kidney function. These organs are essential for the detoxification of the body.
Jaggery: Boosts immunity: Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals such as zinc and selenium, which in turn help prevent free-radical damage and also boost resistance against infections. Jaggery also helps increase the total count of heamoglobin in the blood.
Ghee: Rich in anitoxidents.

We all grow plants, trees near our house, but growing plants in our work space really makes a lot of differences.
The idea of growing small plants in our work place it self is so much satisfying, the reality of that makes us feel so much of positive vibes
Growing small plants in your work space shows immediate improvements. It really boosts up our mind. Makes us feel so much productive all the day. That keeps a smile on our face.
The mental and physical health of the employees also improves.
Growing the green plants in work space will reduce the sick day leaves. By improving the indoor air quality.
Removes the harmful toxins from the air which are actually responsible for falling sick. These green leaves actually purifies the air quality which over all improves the quality of work and life.
They generate lots of positive energy into us and reduces the stree level. It is scientifically proven that pleasent green coloured plants and the area which is high in oxygen levels boosts up our mind and makes us feel peaceful.
They make the work place so much attractive so that we feel like work more and less stress level.

*Instead of big big plants select a small plant which can be fit in a small pot and do regular cutting so they don't grow in height wise but grows in width wise. Also cut off the dry twigs and leaves. Which look so much attractive.
*Use a small wet cloth and keep them in the pots so that the plants always be moisture. And spray the leaves. Which makes the fresh.
Because pouring water and that water drains out from the pot makes the area mess. So makes use these tips.

Bad habits changed by 2019...
So many of us starts our day in a wrong way which gives us wrong energy and negative vibes.
*Having an unhealthy breakfast. Don't have unhealthy breakfast in the morning make your breakfast as simple as possible but make it healthy. Say no to too much sugars, and carbs because this may lead to low energy levels. Plan your meal in the last night. So that it will be easy for you to make them. You also feel satisfied by the healthier meals.
*Skipping morning exercise. Never skip your morning workout because morning workouts makes yoh way more energetic. Just not doing it for one hour or half-an-hour but do it atleast for five minutes that makes you pumped up. Atleast do 10 jumping jacks it way more enough. After this work out try to read a self improvement book. Believe me this will definitely change your life...
But waking up in a positive way gives us lots of positive vibes and gives us a lot of energy for rest of the day. A survey says that the way you face your morning describes your entire day. So make sure you make your morning healthy.
Making a early morning on positive note depends on yourselves, because a situation is that how we react to it, always react in a positive way so that no problem can make you sad or feel depressed by thinking of it.
Whenever you think of a problem in your life make sure you are thinking only for five minutes ⏰. After that think about the solution you can make for it. And move on in your life.
Okay lets get to the main point that what are all the bad morning routines that we should stop ✋ doing that..
*Making your alarm ⏰ snooze for many times. Make sure that when your alarm rings for the first you kept, waHke that time. Instead of taking 5 minutes or 10 minutes naps. Because these 5 minutes or 10 minutes naps makes you more lazy.
But if you wake at one ring and move on to your work you way more good and energetic.
*Checking out the social media. This is very habit you start as soon as you get up. Because as you touch it in the morning as soon as you wake up it much more craving for feeds, craving for knowing what's happening in other's life, make a point that your life is much more important to than other's. Thinking about your day, planning your day gives you very much positive energy and pumps you up for the rest of the day.
*Complaining. Never start complaining in the morning as you wake up, like how tired you are, how early it is, how much work you have to do etc... Instead of complaining start making a notes of grateful, for all that you feel grateful in your life. Write a small note to the people you love, say them how much they matters to you in your life and whenever you meet try to give this note to them. Because life so unpredictable, don't know what happens in the next minute of life, so express your feelings towards others whom you love.
*Reading or watching negative news. Don't start your day by this routine. Because you may feel disturbed by these negative news articles. Instead start reading all the good things that's happening around us. There are also too many good things that's happening, too many stories that makes us inspire, make us think in a positive way. Makes us boosted for the entire day.

Let's start the topic and see what all i can suggest and my gifting ideas?
*If you are Gifting a woman who is a house wife Gift her fitness tools like cycles, dumbbell, weight plates, skipping, fitness watch, stretching bands etc.., so that daily they may not have the time to do it but when ever they see they get inspire and start doing them atleast thrice a week. This gift not only gives them pleasures but also makes them fit. By which they can try these out in their busy schedules and make them selves fit and fine. This is the best gifting option for a Housewife.
*Gift for a baby🚼 there are so many toy gifts for babies. Like soft toys, car toys, bikes, dolls, what not. But these are those which give them a temporary satisfaction or happiness. So lets gift a baby which give them a secured future rather than a costly toy. While going for a baby party take a post office's five-years or ten-years bond to them. It makes more valuable than any thing which are too much costly.
*Gifting for elderly persons like our grandma and grandpa. What can we gift them they are like experienced more than us. Seen many things, gone through many situations. Much and much more experienced. So rather than gifting them with clothes or things try to gift a "Fruit bowl home delivery" services, installing "sensors", gifting a "hard disk" with old melody songs, Gifting "Organic Plant Traits". Which adds so much value.
*Gifting a friend which is a way more tougher. We just can't decide what to give them. Its very much confusing. Rather of giving them things which add no value give them a "good book". A Good book can give you immense knowledge than anything , shows you a right path. Increases their language skills, grammar skills etc..
*Gifting a DIY. Diy are really cool gifts they are like makes a relation much more closer. Making something for someone that by our own its like great. This really brings the creator out of you. And this small thing can makes the day of your friend.
*Gifting yourself slef. What can yourself??? According to me what you can gift yourself is a self pampering day. Go to a spa care detox yourself. Try to spend time with yourself. Learn to love your own company. Invest on yourself. Take care of yourself.
You can also enroll yourself for some classes which you are thinking from a long time. Like joining gym, dance classes, etc.. You will feel much more positive.

Five things Changed my Life
Everyone likes to change their lifestyle in a positive way. Changing our in positive way entirely changes our lifestyle. We feel better day by day. We start feeling confident about ourselves. The way by which i wanted to start these things to change my life is...
Getting up early in the morning. This hack makes you feel so productive. Gives you a long day to complete all your works. Think about your goals working and planning about it.
Making To Do List for the Rest of the day and working on it. Make a To Do List and keep it in your working desk so that it remainds you what all you have to do for the rest of the day.
Reading Newspaper. This is a wonderful habit one can have. Before i never use to read a newspaper but when i started to prepare for my competitive exams i started this habit. Initially it was so tough to read a single page. But initially try to read two or three acticles and increase the number day by day you will start showing interest. This habit helps you to learn the language much more, learning the grammar, knowing about what happening around us daily.
Learning to prepare My Meals. This is so stress free routine to me. I really enjoy cooking. This is a art. Where we can experiment. We can manage our diet. By replacing it by a healthier foods.
Getting rid of my Facebook. I have been like addicted to my social media sites. So thoughts instead of spending my time in social media i thought to spend it by reading a book. In the evening after completing my work routine. I fresh up and take a book and read it atleast for 20 minutes daily. Mostly i read books which inspire me.

Always feeling tired and sleep....
Always feeling tired and sleepy.
Some you might get tired very easily. Without even doing a much work. Always thinking to take naps. This not good. This might also makes you feel negative vibes. Not making you feel to work on your dreams.
Just make sure of these things...
* One should have atleast 8 to 6 hours of sleep. And this sleep should be perfectly scheduled. not like sleeping at different timings daily. This leads to making you feel tired. Maintain the timings correct.
*Daily exercise. Exercise makes you feel energized the whole day. Makes you so much pumped for rest of the day. Gives give very good sleep at the night. Makes you to take good decisions. Follow them without breaking your own rules.
*When you feel like you are tired go out stand in Sun for few minutes. This helps you alot.
*Try to watch inspirational videos. Watch ted talks. Know there life story. Feel every one is capable of doing wonders. The only point is to follow your dreams and work harder and harder on it.
Some of you might feel sleepy while studying. Then this is for you.
*Don't seat on beds while you are studying. Because when you are on bed you feel relaxed. This relaxed mood makes you feel laying and studying on the bed. Closing of your will not be taking much time here now.
*Always sit in erect position while you are studying. Because sitting in erect position needs some work to be done by your body. This work makes you alert all the time while you are studying.But don't sit in the same position for a long time. Change your positions.
*Don't continuously read for a long time you might feel tired and prepare your mind fpr taking naps. This naps may increase and doesn't low you to study for many hours. Instead of naps take a 5 minutes and do some activities like push ups, jumping, etc.. This makes you more energetic. And makes you read for longer time. Don't forget your water breaks. Maintaining water levels also matters.
One have to think if that your always feeling tired or sleepy please change your habits right now. Because this happens only when you are not working hard on your dreams and feeling happy for temporary happiness. Limiting yourself.
:Always make your vision clear. Try to dream big. Try to work hard more than what you can.
:Make a point clear that your desire is always greater than your pain.
:Realise your dreams. Always think that what is your capability and what are you doing now.
:Make a to do list every night while you are going to sleep and make sure that you will be completing it by next night. Sleep with a satisfaction that you are on the right track and you can see the better future to which you are dreaming now.
:Don't make yourself feel happy on being average. Work and strive hard for making your dreams come true.
:No one can push yourself for being successful in life, instead you should puah yourself for being successful in your life.
:Surround yourself with people who are elder than you, who thinks positively, who works hard. This gives you very much positive vibes.
:Try to give your 120%. Believe in yourself. Believe in your passion. Just on doing the right things.
"JAAN LAGADO YA JAAN DEDO"
